You can you use the search box in the Navbar to filter the feeds to show the messages you want to see.
For example, you might only want to see messages for CFS & MFS incidents in your town or local area. Or maybe you want to set up a feed for your station that shows group responses and local SAAS dispatches... This can be done!
The basic fundamentals for CFSRES search is the use of the / and the | symbols. I will explain it all now.

The main thing to remember is that the | symbol is treated like "OR"... For example a search for Woodcroft|Morphett Vale|Hackham would mean you're looking for any message that contains Woodcroft OR Morphett Vale OR Hackham... Make sense?

Step 1: Choosing a feed

1.1: First you need to choose the feed format you want to search on. Either the Live Feed, or the Advanced Feed. Head over the to that feed to start the search.
Once you have chosen the feed, you can start typing in the search box for exactly what you would like to see.

Step 2: Searching the feeds

2.1: First you need to tell the search what agencies you want to search for. If you want to search all agencies you can skip to step 2.3.

2.2: If you want to search specific agencies, you have the options of MFS, CFS, SES, MEDSTAR, and SAAS. Once you have decided what agencies you want to search for, enter them first in the search box, using the | symbol to seperate them. Eg: CFS|MFS|SAAS would mean you're searching for any message sent to CFS OR MFS OR SAAS...
Once you have chosen your agencies, put a / at the end.

2.3: This is where you enter keywords. You can search for anything! Suburbs, Towns, Talkgroups, Incident Types, the list goes on!! Make sure you seperate the keywords with the | symbol.

That's it! It's that easy!
Depending on what you're searching for, it may take up to 30 seconds to show the result.
